FAQs

Q: What if I need to cancel or change my appointment?
A: Our clinics are popular and due to the increasing demand for appointments we operate a cancellation policy. We respectfully ask should you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, you give a minimum of 24 hrs notice. Patients who fail to do so will incur a fee to their account covering the full appointment

Q: Can I bring my friend/ spouse/ child / etc to my appointment?
A: It is better if you can attend alone unless you require a chaperone/ carer.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Unless you have pre-paid for your appointment with our payment link, we prefer card payment, or cash if absolutely necessary

Q: What forms do I need to fill out?
A: We will give you several forms to read over when you arrive, these will be completed digitally by us. They will cover your ‘Consent to receive a treatment’ and current ‘Clinic Policy’ It is important you take time to read them thoroughly.

Online Booking FAQs

Q: I am an existing patient, but when I registered for online booking I can only book in as a new patient.
A: You need to use the same email address to register for online booking as the one we have on file for you. If you are not sure what this is, don’t worry! You won’t be able to use online booking quite yet but in your next appointment let your practitioner know your new email address and we can update our records.

Please note: If you haven’t visited us in over three years, your patient record has gone into sleep mode.

To reactivate your status as a current patient, please re-register by selecting the New Patient option. This will allow us to update your records and get you back on track.

Q: I book appointments for more than one person, can I do this on online booking?
A: You would need to register each person with their own online booking account with a separate email address. If this doesn’t work for you, don’t worry! You can still book via our reception team on 0141 550 8125.

Q: I’ve forgotten my password.
A: You can reset your password by selecting the “Forgot Password” option when logging in, or if you prefer this can be done when you are next in the clinic. Unfortunately our reception team are not currently able to reset your password for you.

Q: I am not receiving appointment confirmation emails from you.
A: Please check your junk email folder to see if they are getting delivered there. Our online booking confirmation emails are sent from podworks@mailer.practicepal.co.uk.

If you have any further questions not answered here, please phone us on 0141 550 8125 and we will do our best to help.
